Dear customer,

We are sorry that there was a problem with your last order. You are on this page because there were difficulties in one of our webshops. We would like to apologize. This page is intended to help you and resolve the problem quickly.


What exactly is it about?
Contradiction

You want to cancel the order in principle and 100%?
In the event of an effective cancellation, we will refund the purchase price and the delivery costs. We will refund these to you after receipt of the goods, which you must return to us at your own expense.

In the form, you select the option contradiction.

Complaint

You are basically satisfied with your order. However, you notice that the goods are damaged or incorrect in some way (wrong size). Here too, we will help you immediately. Select the complaint option in the form and enter the necessary information.

We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Exchange

Now the product fits, but not the size, for example. We will help you quickly here too. Choose the exchange option and send us the wrong product at your expense.

As soon as we receive it, we will send you the correct replacement.
